Circle Inclusive CIC was founded by three sisters, inspired by a lifetime of caring for our eldest sister Julie, who is autistic and lives with multiple disabilities. Our journey into care began at home, and it shaped our passion for creating a truly supportive, inclusive environment for other vulnerable adults.

We opened Circle with one simple aim: to offer a safe, welcoming space where adults with additional needs can thrive—and where their families and carers can have peace of mind knowing their loved ones are genuinely valued and cared for.

At Circle, every individual matters. We prioritise person-centred care, making sure each member feels heard, supported, and included. Social inclusion is at the heart of everything we do—from community outings to creative workshops—because we believe everyone deserves to belong and be celebrated.

Our goal is that every member leaves with a smile, feeling fulfilled, respected, and eager for the next day at Circle.
